The Omics-based Predictive Platform (OPP) is provided exclusively for research use. It is not intended for clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic applications. By accessing or using the platform, users acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • No Warranty: OPP is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or validity of any results generated by the platform.

  • User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the interpretation, application, and use of any data or results derived from the platform. The developers and administrators of OPP shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from the use of its outputs.

  • Data Handling: All data uploaded to OPP is securely processed and stored. Users maintain the ability to delete their submitted samples at any time. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.

GDPR Compliance

The Omics-based Predictive Platform (OPP) is committed to protecting the privacy and rights of its users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To that end, the platform upholds the following principles:

  • Data Ownership: Users retain full ownership and control over any data they submit to the platform. The platform does not claim any rights to the ownership of user data.

  • Right to Erasure: Users have the right to delete their data at any time. Once deleted, all associated records will be permanently expunged from the system without retention.

  • Purpose Limitation: All submitted data is processed exclusively for research purposes. It will not be used for commercial, marketing, or other non-research purposes without the user's explicit, informed consent.

  • Data Minimization: OPP collects and processes only the minimum amount of data necessary to ensure the platform’s proper functionality and performance.

  • Access and Control: Users may, at any time, request:

    • Deletion of their data.
